Take a nice, warm, relaxing bath.

The epsom salt has so many benefits to list but the main fact here, its very relaxing. Its also great for the skin, especially if you have KP like me. The essential oil doesn’t have to be this one blend. There are many blends of essential oils with a plethora of benefits. Choose one that brings you the most joy. The hot bath boosts the aromatherapy of the essential oils.
(I personally listen to lofi hip hop as well)

✴if you don’t have a bath tub you make a shower scrub with dry epsom, coconut oil, and essential oil or
✴use the bath tub method for a equally relaxing foot soak
✴please research epsom salt, essential oils, and aromatherapy
✴✴so sorry for the long post but this bath has been so great for me. I hope it helps those of you with anxiety as well.
